Standard 2-year covenants guarantee failure. Our physics-based approach ensures the building survives and thrives for generations.
Stabilization
Immediate intervention to make the building wind and watertight. Clearing gutters, repairing drains, and sealing the roof to stop water ingress. This is the critical first step to prevent further deterioration.
The Drying Phase
A critical period of minimal intervention. Thick masonry walls require 1 month of drying per 25mm thickness. We monitor humidity and conserve glazing off-site while the structure acclimatizes.
Restoration
Internal plaster repairs, joinery conservation, and services installation. Only executed once the core fabric is dry to prevent premature failure. Final phase brings the building to sustainable use.
